James is our resident windsurfer - he’s been windsurfing for 7 years. James has been with Extreme for almost two years & really gets a buzz from the positive feedback he gets from guests who’ve nailed their windsurfing ambitions whilst out in Fuerteventura.
When he’s not windsurfing, James can be found skating on his longboard, surfing and playing cricket. James is proud of his Welsh heritage and flies the flag for the dragon at every opportunity.

Iain – 8 years surfing, a decade of boarding and a dabble in windsurfing – he’s our resident all rounder. A true adrenalin junkie, he has completed countless bungee jumps & bungee swings as far afield as Florida.
Just coming up to his anniversary with Extreme, the best bit for Iain is knowing his guests are going to have the time of their lives out in resort!
Football is Iain’s passions on dry land & the rest of his spare time is spent at gigs & festivals.

Emma is our extreme snowboarding chick!
Boarding now for over 10 years, her ultimate resort is Davos & her best moves are in the half pipe.
When not messing around in the snow, you'll find her having a boogie with the girls in the local bar or supporting Take That live in concert!

There isn't a sport that Dom hasn't tried. He's at his happiest when strapped to a board & is an addict of windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, wakeboarding & snowboarding. The rare occasions when not on the water or snow, he can be found mountain biking, travelling or checking out the latest movies & music.
His best surf experience yet was in New Zealand, when after an awesome day's surf, he found himself ending up sharing a few beers with Dave Grohl & Flea from the Chili Peppers...it doesn't get much better than that!

Paul has been snowboarding for the past 20 years so knows a thing or two about the white stuff. He has done three seasons and he’s an all rounder - but his top three rides have to be deep powder, tree runs & cliff drop-offs. Paul is a fully qualified technician & dryslope instructor so is the man to talk to about your kit and technique.
Paul spends most of his free time on two wheels rather than two legs – he travels round the UK to sample the thrills and spills of downhill mountain biking. An avid surfer & qualified skydiver too, he doesn’t spend much time on dry land!

Rich joined us 7 months ago fresh from his third winter season in Courchevel. His raison d’etre is riding the fresh powder on his freeride twin tips, and Davos has recently become his ‘best ever’ ski experience.
In warmer climes, he can be found surfing, playing cricket or in his local pub at Whitstable sipping on a pint or two.
