Tam says his favourite pastime is "getting barrelled!"
He's one of the most Extreme people you'll ever meet - just ask about his experiences surfing the infamous Pipeline in Hawaii...
Surfing - 17 years
Kitesurfing - 7 years
Tam's surfed everywhere there's a wave to be caught -
USA, Costa Rica, Fiji, Indo, Australia, Morocco, Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Hawaii... etc.
BSA Surf level 1 instructor
IKO Kitesurf level 2 instructor
SLSA qualified lifeguard
Powerboat level 2
When he's not working, Tam also likes to relax by paragliding,
or keeping the adrenalin flowing away from the beach by
causing havoc on his MotoX bike, taking full advantage of Fuerteventura's terrain.

Dom is a multi-skilled, multi-talented professional. His qualifications include BSA Surfing, Diving and Rescue/Medical qualifications, and also BASI Snowboard level 3 instructing and Mountain Rescue qualifications.
A dedicated surfer and snowboarder for well over a decade he has 9 years of teaching experience, and doubles up as our resort manager in Davos over the winter season where he can be found corking 5's, pulling the most stylishly huge backside 180 methods, and having unfortunate accidents on sledges!
Dom's surfed and ridden the world, with many a trip to New Zealand, South and Central America, the South Pacific Islands, Morrocco, and pretty much everywhere in Europe with a coast or a mountain.
On the rare occasions when he's not on a board of some sort Dom enjoys his MotoX bike, often joining Tam on epic sessions around Fuerte's varied landscape.

Meet Lol.
Lol's quite a quiet chap, but beneath his calm exterior lurks a hardcore waverider with saltwater in his veins.
Windsurfing - 16 years
Surfing - 5 years
Like the rest of the team Lol's been all over the world to sail and surf, including the famous G-Land in Indonesia!
BSA Surf level 1instructor
RYA Windsurf level 5 instructor
Since setting up camp in Fuerteventura many years ago, Lol's got 8 years of instructing under his belt,
the last 3 with Extreme,
and he knows the island like the top side of his board (see pic).
We asked Lol about his other interests for this bio. He says he doesn't have many, he spends his free time on the water!

Sophie is the newest addition to our team, and since joining this summer has more than lived up to the hype!
Despite the fact that she is completely fearless, and will push herself to surf waves most mortals wouldn't dare, Sophie's a playful character and enjoys messing around with handstands in the foamies just as much.
Considering she's only been surfing for 5 years, Sophie's not done bad. She's ranked British #5 already, and surfed France, Spain, Portugal, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, the Maldives, Morocco, Sri Lanka and even New York!
She now holds a number of sponsorship deals, and wins competitions 'for fun.'
Sophie holds a BSA Surf level 1 instructor licence, NARS beach lifeguard qualifications, and a number of snowboard instructing qualifications as well (she started out as a snowboarder, and has taught across the U.S.)
Hobbies and interests : Good books, foreign films, and chess. |

Ant's made a big impression since joining
Extreme Holidays -
he can't stop snapping surfboards!
That's the real reason our kit's so new and fresh.
Ant's the youngest member of the Extreme Team,
but despite that
he's surfed for over 7 years, and holds stacks of qualifications already...
BSA Surf level 1 instructor
IKO Kitesurf level 2 instructor
NARS Beach Lifeguard
Powerboat level 2
Dinghy/Kayak/Bayskipper qualifications
Off the beach Ant loves MotoX, mountain boarding,
and some crazy combinations of the two... Unfortunately, Extreme Holidays doesn't offer this
as a set sport at this time!

Lee's been on the pro scene for years and is professionally qualified to instruct pretty much any extreme sport you could care to name - literally. He's been everywhere, he's done everything, and he's won or placed highly in more international competitions then we have space to write about here - after becoming the British Snowboard Champion (Big Air) Lee decided to take up Kitesurfing - and within 5 months was ranked #5 in the UK!
In addition to his BASI Snowboard instructor qualifications, Lee a SLSA Beach Lifeguard, an RYA Windsurf
level 5 instructor and an IKO Kitesurf level 2 instructor for us in Fuerteventura.
Interesting fact -
during his time in South America, Lee picked up some pretty fancy Salsa dancing skills!
