From the moment that I contacted you and spoke with Dom in your office, I received excellent service, information, timely and pertinent phone calls/emails and just the most reassuring levels of communication and support. I genuinely felt as though my business was important to you and that every aspect of my holiday would be taken care of. Having never used your company before, I was delighted to find that this gave me confidence and a buzz that meant I could not wait for my holiday to begin!

The moment we were met at the airport, my faith in the level of service that I had already received was confirmed. Stav met us and we were instantly struck by his professional yet easy-going nature, an inner confidence that was both inspiring and re-assuring. His genuine interest in us as individuals and likeable nature soon had us drooling about the prospect of the following two weeks.

The team met with us on the first morning and we were assigned to our instructors. In our instructor, we found the most skillful and articulate person, sensitive to each persons need as individuals, relaxed, assured, completely aware of everything that was going on around him, knowledgable beyond belief, and just an amazing guy.

We spent the most awesome week with him, learning even when conditions were unfavourable for kiting, talking about all aspects of the sport and benefiting so much from his experience. He enabled each of us to realise our own potential within the group. Huge thanks to Lee for giving us everything we could ever have asked for in an instructor.

Our time in the resort with the instructors enabled us to spend lots of time with each of them, including those teaching the other disciplines, and we can honestly say that we have never felt so comfortable, so welcome, and pretty much part of one big family. Tam, Richie, Ant, Sophie, Stav, Lee, Vanessa and Jed became like brothers and sisters to us. It is true that you get out of life what you put in, and when such genuine feelings of acceptance and warmth are returned from the people around you, it is the most fantastic experience. We could not wish to spend time with a nicer group of people.

For our second week, even though we hadn't booked tuition, we were incredibly fortunate to have the generous support and help from Vanessa, who offered her time and experience to help us continue with our learning. We blatted around the island in our rented 4x4 chasing the best conditions, and her knowledge of where to find them was impeccable. Her warm and charming nature and her ability to deliver valuable nuggets of information benefited us greatly. She also took the time to involve my partner in aspects of kiting and gave her information that increased her confidence and ability to deal with, what for all intents and purposes, was an alien experience. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did. Our time with Vanessa is a direct illustration of the way we were treated and welcomed by all involved.

Simple words sometimes do an injustice in communicating emotions and feelings about situations and experiences, but THANK YOU. Extreme Holidays delivered the most amazing holiday of our lives, We didn't want to come home! We have so much respect and admiration for every part of the team involved. We will have no hesitation in using Extreme again in the (very near) future and recommending them to all our friends and anyone looking for a proper 'experience'.
